In your day-to-day work, you will: * Work consultatively on the analysis, design, and evolution of backend system and microservices architecture. * Contribute to strategic technical decisions by evaluating performance, scalability, security, and cost implications. * Develop, evolve, and guide the implementation of high-performance RESTful services and APIs in Java. * Define and support the adoption of best practices for resilience and performance (Circuit Breaker, Retries, Timeout, Bulkhead), focusing on low latency and high availability. * Provide technical support to development teams through code reviews, architectural definitions, and technical mentoring. * Ensure coding quality standards, automated testing, and observability. * Collaborate closely with architects, product, business, and infrastructure teams to translate business needs into efficient technical solutions. * Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and rituals (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to continuous process improvement. *We believe in the power of the talents we nurture. Why not join the world’s largest professional services organization?* *It makes all the difference to work with those who can turn dreams into reality.* **Choose Your Impact!** **Requirements** * Proven experience working as a technical consultant, technical lead, or senior backend developer. * Proficiency in Java (preferably version 11+). * Strong experience with Spring Boot. * Solid experience in microservices and distributed systems architecture. * In-depth knowledge of resilience, performance, and scalability mechanisms. * Practical experience with caching strategies (Cache Aside, Read-Through, Write-Through) and Redis usage. * Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.). * Experience with Cloud Computing environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Clear communication skills to serve as a technical reference for multiple stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments. * Knowledge of messaging and asynchronous communication (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub). * Experience with observability and monitoring (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki). * Experience in highly complex, mission-critical corporate environments, especially in the financial sector.
