Execution of earthmoving and surface leveling tasks. **Position:** Grader Operator (Patrol) **Department:** Operations / Construction **Location:** Mogi Guaçu/SP (and work sites as required) **Employment Type:** CLT – Full-time **1\. Job Mission** Operate the grader with precision and safety during earthwork, land leveling, road opening and maintenance, ensuring soil finish strictly complies with engineering project elevations and technical specifications, while safeguarding equipment integrity. **2\. Key Responsibilities** * **Operation and Execution:** * Perform earthmoving, leveling, and surface finishing tasks on pavement and infrastructure projects. * Spread materials (soil, crushed stone, sub-base) according to thickness and slope specified by topographic survey. * Excavate ditches, construct embankments, and perform precise soil cuts following topographic stakes. * Maintain alignment and gradient of roadways to ensure proper drainage of rainwater. * **Maintenance and Preservation:** * Conduct daily equipment checklist (oil, coolant, fuel levels; blade and tire condition). * Immediately identify and report mechanical failures or preventive/corrective maintenance needs to the mechanical department. * Ensure equipment cleanliness and secure storage at the end of each work shift. * **Safety and Compliance:** * Mandatory use of job-specific Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate for the construction site environment. * Adhere to occupational safety regulations and internal site signage to prevent accidents involving coworkers and third parties. * Accurately complete logbooks and machine usage reports. * **Requirements:** * Certification from a Grader Operator training course or proven experience. * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) Class "C", "D", or "E".
