Job Summary: The Madeiranit Group is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to provide support and develop routines, with a focus on TOTVS Protheus, incident management, and continuous improvement. Implementation of innovations and continuous IT improvement The Madeiranit Group has been operating in the market for over 50 years, establishing itself as a reference in the furniture industry—serving everyone from carpenters to end consumers. We operate more than 25 physical stores across 9 states; maintain 3 distribution centers located in Agudos/SP, Jundiaí/SP, and Itajaí/SC; and run an e-commerce platform with nationwide coverage. We are looking for a professional to join us as an: **IT Systems Analyst** at our **Leme\-SP unit!** **What will be this professional's challenge:** * **ERP Support:** Help Desk assistance and user support (focused on TOTVS Protheus). * **Development:** Creation and updating of routines, customizations, and new modules. * **Incident Management:** Opening and tracking tickets with vendors. * **Technical Documentation:** Process mapping, manuals, and departmental procedures. * **Continuous Improvement:** Implementing innovations and ensuring constant IT updates. * **Leadership Support:** Monitoring KPIs, conducting training sessions, and obtaining service quotations. * **Internal Communication:** Issuing technical alerts and announcements to users. * And more. **What are the expected requirements?** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in the field. * **Tech Stack:** SQL, AdvPL, TL\+\+ and Database Administration. * **Specialization:** TOTVS Protheus management and administration. * **Systems:** Proficiency in Help Desk tools and IT systems. * **Soft Skills:** Systemic vision, sense of urgency, agility, and innovation. * **Advantages:** Planning skills, 5S methodology knowledge, and decision-making ability.
