In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing, programming, monitoring, updating, and ensuring compliance with the preventive/predictive maintenance schedule for machines and equipment; participating in the preparation of technical documentation, such as MFMEA; and applying failure analysis tools (e.g., 8D, Fishbone Diagram). **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, program, monitor, update, and ensure compliance with the preventive/predictive maintenance schedule for machines and equipment. * Analyze completed service orders to identify pending issues reported by the team and schedule new orders to resolve them. * Organize maintenance documentation, such as calibration records and legal documentation — NR10, NR12, SPDA, pressure vessels, etc. * Develop MFMEA documentation and related equipment deliverables — spare parts list, ABC categorization, etc. * Propose process improvement actions for programming to enhance maintenance performance indicators. * Develop, update, and manage MPT plans. * Create routines and enter data into computerized systems, as well as maintain and update system records. **Mandatory Requirements for the Position:** * Experience in the field; * Completed technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines. * Preferred knowledge/training: SAP PM — Maintenance Planning Module, Problem Analysis and Resolution Methodology — MASP/8D, MFMEA 2nd Edition — Machine Potential Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, TPM — Autonomous Maintenance Pillar, and 5S Training. * Must reside in Mogi Mirim or Mogi Guaçu; **What We Offer?** We aim to make you feel welcomed, challenged, and inspired.
