Job Summary: **Position: SENIOR MAINTENANCE MECHANIC** **Location:** São João da Boa Vista - SP (On-site) **Salary:** Negotiable **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Transportation Allowance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (2:00 PM to 10:20 PM) Saturday: 11:35 AM to 5:30 PM **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out maintenance tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or through self-management, following the workflow of the maintenance software, in accordance with the needs of production areas; * Be capable of operating the machines on which maintenance is performed to expedite adjustment tasks and release for operation; * Guide and assist maintenance helpers, equipment operators, or third parties, instructing and jointly performing maintenance tasks; * Work on modifying and/or building new equipment or process devices as requested and directed by engineering teams; * Plan and carry out activities related to general overhaul and/or refurbishment of machinery; * Perform maintenance and adjustments on hydrostatic slide bearings of grinders; * Perform maintenance and adjustments on precision rotary spindles such as electro-spindles or precision rolling-element bearing spindles; * Perform maintenance on mechanical and automatic CNC lathes, adjusting or replacing components, setting correct operating parameters, and assisting setup personnel in fine-tuning processes; * Act as a guide and promoter of management and cultural programs such as TPM, 5S, Kaizen, ISO9000, ISO14000. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Education in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Automation; * Knowledge in Technical Drawing Interpretation, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, CNC Machines, Precision Bearing Assembly, and Linear Systems; * Prior experience in the role is desirable; * Flexible availability; * Availability to work on-site in São João da Boa Vista – SP.
