We are looking for a professional to work as: **Collections Assistant** at our unit in **Leme/SP.** **What is the challenge for this professional?** * Perform daily collection procedures; * Conduct call center activities for the collections portfolio; * Assist in active collections for delinquent and extrajudicial portfolios; * Assist in handling incoming inquiries from external and internal customers, clarifying doubts, negotiating debts, providing support on administrative procedures, and other relevant clarifications related to the area; * Assist in drafting debt agreements when dealing with extrajudicial settlements; * Issue, request, and track documents to notary offices or credit reporting agencies in coordination with Group units; * Assist in gathering necessary documentation for collections in coordination with the legal department, using checklists, supported by responsible personnel from business units; * Generate collections lists for stores and send them to responsible parties; * Update systems and spreadsheets with data for performance indicator analysis; * Prepare relevant reports and consent letters; * Process settlements, write-offs, and offsets of receivables; * Safeguard confidential information of clients and companies handled by the department, disclosing it only to authorized personnel; * Assist in all operational activities within the department whenever necessary; **What are the required qualifications?** * 1 year of experience; * Completed degree in Administration or related fields; * Knowledge of Collections and Negotiation techniques; * Sense of urgency; * Customer focus; * Commitment. **What do we offer?** * Meal allowance; * Medical and dental insurance; * Study incentives; * Life insurance; * Discounts on company product purchases; * Discounts at Droga Raia and Drogasil pharmacies; **Additional information:** CLT employment contract and in-person working mode; **Work location: Leme/SP** **Join our team!
