Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, promoting sustainability, and managing waste. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote environmental sustainability at the factory 2. Manage and control environmental regulations and licenses 3. Monitor wastewater treatment and waste management Responsible for monitoring, controlling, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, promoting actions that ensure sustainability, proper waste management, and adherence to legal requirements set by environmental agencies. * Conduct daily environmental inspections at the factory; * Prepare environmental non-conformance reports; * Monitor the daily operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (ETE); * Monitor the operation of the well chlorinator, record consumption readings, and review monthly water analyses; * Prepare the annual IBAMA report; * Conduct the annual reverse logistics survey for mattress packaging, including requesting and analyzing quotations and presenting findings to the area manager; * Manage the expiration dates of environmental licenses, CADRI, and well water permits; * Comply with conditions stipulated in the Operating License (LO) issued by CETESB; * Monitor the atmospheric emissions plan; * Manage waste and selective collection, request removals, issue MTRs, and request invoices; * Complete and submit the DMR (Waste Movement Declaration) in the SIGOR system; * Perform other activities relevant to the environmental area.
