Job Summary: The professional will support the cost team in analyses, report preparation, inventory reconciliation, accounting reclassifications, and internal controls, performing various related activities. Ready to join our team?** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (currently enrolled). Expected graduation by June/2028\. * **Computer Skills:** Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency required. * **Languages:** Basic English desirable. **EMPLOYMENT MODEL** * On-site **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** * Experience conducting physical inventories is desirable. **️ WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Support the cost team in analyses, preparation of production reports, analysis and reconciliation of inventories, execution of cost accounting reclassifications, support the team in implementing internal controls, and preparation of production statistics reports. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Accounting Reclassifications and Provisions; * Accounting Reconciliations; * Obsolescence Calculations; * Physical Inventory – Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Work-in-Process; * Transfers Between Units; * Reconciliation of In-Transit Invoices (NFs); * Calculation of Damages and Losses; * Entering data into the daily production report; * Registering new materials in the costing system; * Closing and pre-closing activities for the packaging unit; * Organizing reports for internal control purposes; * Scheduling meetings, inventories, and access authorizations; * Foreign Exchange Variation Analysis; * Preparation of the Billing Report; * Preparation of Low-Complexity Management Reports (Production Statistics, FIESP, IBGE, Operational Rates, etc).. **BENEFITS:** **Physical Well-being**: Medical and Dental Assistance, Mothers’ Room, Shuttle Service**\***, Sylvamo Country Club, Workplace Gymnastics, Gympass, Restaurant, Flu Vaccination. **Financial Well-being:** Life Insurance, Meal Allowance/Meal Voucher. **Mental Well-being:** Sylvamo Support Program. **Sense of Belonging**: Christmas Bonus. **We value diversity.
