Join us in the history of Latin America’s largest steel complex—a group whose essence is “do well, do more, and do forever.” **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities: * Manage plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and internal logistics. * Ensure achievement of production targets safely, with quality, and within established deadlines. * Implement continuous improvement practices to increase productivity and reduce costs. * Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and occupational safety regulations. * Lead and develop teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. * Monitor operational KPIs and report results to senior management. * Plan and coordinate scheduled shutdowns and preventive maintenance. * Manage operational risks and resolve critical operational issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** Essential requirements for this position: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Production, Chemical, or related fields). * Solid experience in industrial operations management, preferably in cement or mining sectors. * Knowledge of production processes, maintenance, and quality management. * Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills. * Ability to work with performance indicators and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean, TPM). * Willingness to reside or work in Arcos – MG. **Additional Information** Founded in April 1941, **Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional – CSN** was Brazil’s first integrated flat-steel producer—a landmark in the country’s industrialization process.
