About the position: The Development Analyst will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing technological solutions that meet the company’s needs, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and the innovation of services offered. Key responsibilities: * Develop, test, and maintain internal systems and applications, ensuring their efficiency and security. * Participate in requirements gathering with business areas to understand needs and propose appropriate technological solutions. * Perform analysis and correction of bugs, as well as code optimization for improved performance. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for system integration and implementation of new features. * Document processes, code, and technical procedures to ensure project continuity and quality. * Monitor technological trends and propose innovations that add value to the company. Mandatory requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience in software development, preferably with languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar. * Knowledge of relational (SQL) and non-relational databases. * Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Critical analytical skills and problem-solving ability. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. Desirable qualifications (advantage): * Experience in web development and modern frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js). * Knowledge of DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD). * Certifications in software development or project management. * Technical English for reading and understanding documentation. * Prior experience in the retail sector or large-scale enterprises.
