**Responsibilities and duties**
* Provide in-person customer service on Saturdays, ensuring service quality.
* Constantly monitor the sales floor to identify unattended customers and call a salesperson when necessary.
* Retrieve the list of prices changed the previous day.
* Verify updated prices for finishing department products.
* Issue price labels for products with changes.
* Create promotional, clearance, and slow-moving item labels for products on promotion or requiring inventory turnover.
* Analyze products in the “OFFER” and “CLEARANCE” areas to update or remove items as needed.
* Request pieces from the logistics department when products are added to clearance, and forward them to the display area.
* When active flyers exist, highlight advertised products with specific promotional labels.
* Perform basic cleaning with a damp cloth on clearance items destined for display before placing them on shelves.
* Collect future orders from the logistics department and forward them to the responsible managers.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* High school diploma. College degree in progress in fields such as Administration, Marketing, or Sales Management is desirable.
* Experience in retail customer service, updating product prices and labels, verifying merchandise, interacting with logistics, and organizing displays and promotional areas.
* Attention to detail, organization, proactivity, good communication, customer focus, ability to handle simultaneous tasks efficiently, sense of responsibility, and teamwork.
