Control collections for freight, warehousing, and logistics services, ensuring accurate billing according to contracts and commercial rate tables. Track delinquencies and collections, maintaining close relationships with customers and commercial departments to resolve pending issues. Monitor payment deadlines and support cash flow forecasting. Contribute to the accounting and tax closing of the area by validating financial information. Work on process improvement, automation of routine tasks, and system integration (ERP/Finance/Transportation).
