Job Summary: IT internship focused on technical support, installation and maintenance of equipment, ticket management, and project assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive/corrective maintenance and incident management. **Responsibilities** * Provide support to employees (hardware, software, network, and e\-mail). * Install, configure, and maintain equipment. * Manage tickets and resolve incidents. * Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on computers, peripherals, and CCTV systems. * Assist in projects and monitor systems. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Technical or Higher Education program in IT or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Windows, Office, and networking. * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and willingness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications** * Programming (Java, Python, or others). * ERP support experience. * Prior experience in computer, network, or CCTV maintenance. ### **Employment Type:** Internship ### **Department:** INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
