**Operational Coordinator**
**Occupational Medicine and Occupational Safety Clinic**
**Location:** Campinas, Jundiaí, and Itatiba
**Work Model:** On-site, with travel between units
**Reports to:** Executive Board
**Position Objective**
Strategically and operationally coordinate the units, ensuring that processes, workflows, and operational routines are standardized and efficient, enabling all three units to operate under the same operational model.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate operations across the Campinas, Jundiaí, and Itatiba units, ensuring standardization of workflows and operational processes;
* Map, structure, and implement processes.
* Serve as the primary operational decision-maker and reference point, with direct interface to the Executive Board;
* Monitor day-to-day process execution, correct deviations, and ensure operational efficiency;
* Develop, monitor, and analyze operational performance indicators;
* Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives;
* Support and guide operational teams;
**Requirements**
* Experience in operational coordination, preferably within clinics or healthcare services;
* Experience managing processes and teams;
* Experience working in environments with multiple units;
* Senior profile: structured, analytical, and results-oriented;
* Strong communication skills, leadership presence, and decision-making ability;
* Willingness to travel between units.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in Occupational Medicine and Occupational Safety clinics;
* Knowledge of process standardization, performance indicators, and routine management;
* Experience with continuous improvement and operational organization.

Salary: Starting from R$500.00 per month
