**Responsibilities and Duties** **Job Mission:** Support industrial painting and blasting activities, ensuring organization, safety, and efficiency throughout equipment and structural preparation and finishing processes.
**Your Day-to-Day:**
* Assist in painting and blasting industrial parts and equipment;
* Support surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, and isolation);
* Assist in moving, positioning supports, and equipment for painting;
* Organize tools, materials, and supplies used in painting and blasting;
* Assist in cleaning equipment and the work area;
* Support material and PPE sorting and control;
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations;
* Perform additional support tasks as directed by leadership.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites for this role:**
* Completed high school education;
* Prior experience in painting is a plus.
