Main Responsibilities: Supervise and ensure excellence in the execution of general services; Act as the primary point of contact between field teams and management, ensuring operational effectiveness and efficiency, and compliance with quality standards; Monitor operational demands; Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of common areas, safeguarding proper functionality; Manage work schedules, attendance, and team performance; Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring timely and appropriate replenishment; Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Requirements: Proven experience in general services, cleaning, or facilities management, preferably in large-scale projects or high-traffic environments; Team management and supervisor leadership skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with clients and colleagues; Organizational skills, proactivity, and decision-making ability; Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Safety/Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related fields.
