Let’s sail toward the future! **\#VemSerBrisanet** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group; * Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Propose improvements to area routines and processes; * Populate area performance indicators; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Provide support to employees on matters related to the area; * Use individual and collective safety equipment when required; * Conduct interviews for process mapping and modeling; * Analyze the current process (AS IS); * Identify handoff activities, bottlenecks, and existing gaps; * Propose process improvements (TO BE) based on analysis of the current scenario; * Develop Process Reengineering Projects or Strategic Projects in accordance with Company guidelines; * Prepare necessary documentation for implementation of new processes: process flowcharts, standards, presentations, etc.; * Draft project roadmaps; * Monitor project progress; * Maintain an updated lessons-learned repository; * Conduct project evaluation cycles to assess achievement of defined strategic objectives; * Perform risk simulations for projects; * Define post-transformation meeting activities and responsible parties; * Evaluate implemented improvements across areas by monitoring performance indicator results. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Minimum of 6 months of supervised internship experience in the field; * Knowledge of Process Modeling, Routine Management (PDCA), and Quality Tools (Flowcharts, Ishikawa Diagrams, Pareto Charts, Histograms, Scatter Diagrams). **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience as a Project or Process Analyst; * Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Business Process Mapping, Agile Methodologies, BPMN methodology, and PMBOK. **Additional Information** * Work culture that respects and values people; * Internal events covering diverse topics; * Collaborative environment that values personal and professional development; * Horizontal and vertical work environment — you are the protagonist of your career!; * Meal benefits (Headquarters via cafeteria; Branches via iFood); * Co-payment Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan; * Life Insurance; * Daycare Assistance; * Assistance for Dependents with Disabilities; * Payroll-deductible Loan (available after 6 months); * Discounts of up to 50% on Brisanet Internet and BrisaMusic services; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Up to 60% discounts at Higher Education Institutions.
