IT problem diagnosis and resolution * Handling technical support requests (Level 1 and 2\) via GLPI * User support for hospital information systems (HIS – Smart/Pixeon) * Diagnosis and resolution of issues related to hardware, software, and networking * Support for IT asset management (computers, printers, etc.) * Coordination with vendors to address incidents and technical requests * Support for IT projects (system integrations, system implementations, infrastructure improvements) * Support for printers, scanners, and biometric data collection devices
