





We are looking for a **Fleet Assistant** to conduct quality audits of vehicle washes, application of decals and/or customizations, bodywork, upholstery, tires, and other related items. Let’s set sail toward the future! **\#JoinBrisanet** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group; * Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Update area performance indicators when required; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Use individual and collective personal protective equipment (PPE) when required; * Perform other duties related to the position, according to departmental needs and leadership direction; **CHECKLISTS AND WASHES** * Conduct quality audits of vehicle washes, decal application and/or customizations, bodywork, upholstery, tires, and other related items; * Identify non-conformities and request repairs for applicable items when necessary; * Conduct vehicle delivery and return inspections; * Brief drivers on departmental policies regarding washes, maintenance, fueling, accidents, inspections, consumption parameters, driving rules, and other relevant and necessary information; * Document identified non-conformities and initiate deduction procedures where applicable; **FUEL** * Open tickets for vehicle customization and coordinate expense allocation to the correct cost center; * Register and/or update driver-specific parameters—including permitted numbers of washes, mileage limits, and fuel allowances—according to driver profiles; * Coordinate issuance, signature collection, verification, and digital linkage of vehicle usage agreements; * Monitor fuel balances and request top-ups when necessary; * Review driver mileage and fuel history to suggest adjustments to registered goals and parameters if needed; **VEHICLE DOCUMENTATION** * Coordinate vehicle license plate registration; * Perform initial registration and/or updates of vehicles and drivers in company control platforms; * Coordinate vehicle licensing renewals; * Address documentation regularization for vehicles—for example, in cases of lost plates, transfer of documentation for purchased/sold vehicles, or other regulatory requirements; * Monitor road safety by tracking unsafe driver behavior via GPS tools; * Identify training needs and coordinate road safety training and capacity-building sessions for drivers; * Monitor vehicle GPS equipment functionality and report repair needs when required; * Coordinate and follow up with monitoring companies in cases of vehicle theft or robbery; * Track received traffic fines and notifications, identify responsible drivers, and take appropriate actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Proficiency in MS Office suite tools; * Google tools (Sheets, Docs). **Preferred qualifications:** * Ability to use spreadsheet formulas to automate data entry; * Data analysis and manipulation skills to generate actionable insights. **Additional Information** * A workplace culture that respects and values people; * Internal events covering diverse topics; * A collaborative environment that supports personal and professional development; * A flat yet growth-oriented structure—you are the protagonist of your career!; * Meal benefits (on-site cafeteria at headquarters; Ifood vouchers at branches); * Co-payment health plan; * Dental plan; * Life insurance; * Childcare allowance; * Dependent support allowance for persons with disabilities (PCD); * Payroll-deductible loans (available after 6 months); * Up to 50% discounts on Brisanet internet and BrisaMusic services; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Up to 60% discounts at higher education institutions.
