With 16 years of market experience and over 65 stores across Brazil, the Peça Rara Thrift Store Network was founded with the purpose of reusing clothing to promote sustainability and serves as proof of the success of the so-called circular economy. With changing consumption habits, demand for sustainable fashion has grown exponentially in recent years, and this trend is expected to continue rising. The network aims to double its sales points by the end of 2024 to meet growing demand. If you wish to drive meaningful and tangible change in the world and consider yourself a professional who thrives in a challenging work environment, this is the right place for you! **About the position:** We do not sell used products: we encourage and promote new values and consumption habits—essential for a more sustainable world. **Responsibilities:** * Attend to and explain supplier contracts; * Screen, select, and price items; * Negotiate prices with suppliers; * Register items in the company’s system; * Monitor sales accuracy. Requirements: * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; * No prior experience required; * Excellent communication skills and strong command of Portuguese; * Knowledge of trends and fashion; * Outstanding communication and persuasion skills; * Agility; * Proficient typing skills; * Organizational skills; * Passion for and knowledge of circular fashion; * Willingness to work; * A smile on your face.
