If your purpose aligns with **\#OurWay**, buckle up and join this journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operationalize processes within your area of responsibility and report any issues identified (cash register opening and closing, bank reconciliation of cash register, customer billing, ticket opening and follow-up, supplier and customer registration queries); * Monitor internal customer satisfaction levels and implement proposed solutions; * Contribute to meeting agreed service level targets (ticket management); * Understand customer demands (internal and external) and respond efficiently and promptly; * Ensure appropriate support for customer requests throughout the entire process (from start to finish); * Maintain cooperation with other departments; * Manage fiscal documents (physical storage, ticket opening for invoice entry and payment, due date tracking). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress is desirable; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience providing services and customer support (both internal and external); * Experience with the Protheus system will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal Voucher; * Flexible Benefit; * Life Insurance; * Totalpass; * Birthday Day Off; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave (Citizen Company Program); * Growth opportunity aligned with your delivery speed. **We are the national reference** for heavy and agricultural machinery parts, with over 30 years of history.
