Ensuring safety and integrity of employees and products **City:** Tapurah**State:** Mato Grosso (BR\-MT)**Country:** Brazil (BR)**Order Number:** 42362 **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and support human resources at the branch to ensure planning and scheduling meet demand requirements, through monitoring and implementing controls, documentation, problem resolution, and resource optimization. * Control inventory by monitoring receiving, storage, and dispatch activities to comply with established procedures. * Address operational issues as they arise and keep all stakeholders informed, consulting your manager whenever necessary for decision-making. * Ensure team motivation and appropriate levels of qualification and performance by identifying training\/professional development needs for subordinates and participating in developing the training program with the People & Management team. * Ensure proper operation and cleanliness of areas by complying with established standards. * Ensure physical integrity and safety of employees, machinery, and equipment through observation, compliance with, and dissemination of occupational health and safety rules and procedures. * Identify and support implementation of improvement actions identified for unit processes. * Respond to and support internal and external audits conducted at the unit. * Participate in structural projects aimed at improving productivity, optimizing processes, and other area-related initiatives, proposing investments. * Manage inventory control, monitoring and validating reconciliations and periodic inventories. * Control the matrix budget, monitoring postings, requesting reclassifications, and correcting entries between accounts. * Drive improvements in work routines by analyzing internal processes, benchmarking against peers in the same industry, and creating, developing, and evaluating instructions and alternatives to optimize team performance. * Be responsible for preventing unauthorized access to process areas to prevent\/avoid intentional product contamination. * Ensure product safety by performing duties in a manner that guarantees a contamination-free product (chemical, physical, or biological), using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP knowledge (controlling associated PRPs and CCPs). * Comply with the company’s occupational health and safety regulations and perform duties in accordance with these regulations. **Requirements:** * Experience and knowledge in tax and accounting matters; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Logistics, or related fields is preferred. * Leadership experience is preferred. **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and dental assistance; * Profit Sharing Program; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Private pension plan (BungePrev plan with employer contribution); * Life insurance; * Pharmacy benefit; * Daycare assistance (for female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months); * “Count on Us” Program – Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters; * Partnerships with TotalPass (gyms), Clube MMB (individual insurance), Dell, as well as universities and language schools; * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. **Work Location:** Tapurah/MT. **Work Model:** On-site, standard business hours Monday through Friday.
