We are seeking professionals to work as ***Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer*** in Água Azul do Norte \- PA**.** **Responsibilities and duties** Coordinate the execution of ongoing or future projects, discussing, guiding, and jointly proposing with team members the facts and data that lead to better alternatives; Monitor technological innovations in the continuous search for improvements that can be implemented; Develop internal safety procedures for the Electrical, Automation, and Instrumentation area together with the occupational safety team; Provide technical guidance to Supervisors, Planners, and other technicians during meetings, site instructions, consultations, and specific technical tasks, aiming to refresh and update knowledge; Supervise and instruct operators on the proper way to operate equipment and/or tools based on operational procedures, aiming for preservation and conservation. Participate in the preparation of the company's general expense and investment budget, performing necessary calculations and projecting values according to parameters established by the company, based on studies and action plans; Advise Plant Management on the development of the annual training plan, analyzing with the Human Resources team the necessary programs/events for professional improvement according to identified needs; Identify needs, prepare and deliver training sessions, proposing specific programs aimed at overcoming technical and operational deficiencies due to technological innovations or lack of qualification among involved personnel; Participate in the development and compliance with operational procedures relevant to your responsibilities; Seek improvements and/or solutions for operational deviations, acting proactively; Practice fundamental principles related to Quality Management, Workplace Safety, Environment, and other corporate programs, pursuing constant improvement in actions, conditions, and practices carried out during activities, thereby following the path of participative management; Participate in safety programs and discussions, leading meetings, debating, reporting, and receiving information that permanently prevents workplace accidents; Read, interpret, and develop diagrams, program listings, specifications, and technical instructions to improve work performance; Develop new projects, submit them for approval, implement them, and monitor their execution, seeking performance improvements or new equipment that provide better task execution conditions, increasing quality and productivity; Analyze operational process performance through analysis of operational reports and downtime records, proposing corrective actions and changes to achieve desired performance results; üReceive visits from suppliers and representatives of similar companies, as scheduled by Plant Management, for technical knowledge exchange and tours of production facilities; Maintain contact with suppliers and conduct technical visits to other similar companies, seeking and evaluating technological innovations that represent gains for the company, studying feasibility of implementation; Prepare spare parts lists for new or modified equipment, as well as review existing ones through sampling via the Electrical Maintenance Planning and Control system, ensuring the minimum necessary stock for service execution, avoiding shortages; Monitor, through technical report analysis, equipment performance deficiencies and spare parts needs, developing studies to identify new suppliers for alternative equipment, preventing frequent downtimes, maintaining productive processes at lower costs and higher quality; Review service orders, checking details of work routine descriptions to improve execution; Prepare technical specifications with cost estimates after completing feasibility studies for new project implementation, consulting end users, to forward to the purchasing department, indicating potential suppliers for contracting services and/or acquiring necessary products. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Automation; Experience in electrical maintenance; Experience in equipment failure analysis using quality tools; Knowledge in metrology, interpretation and development of electro-electronic technical drawings; Experience with logic and automation; Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems; Knowledge of machine components; Technical knowledge of relays and inverters; Knowledge of labor relations; Postgraduate degree/MBA in the field; Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency. **Desirable requirements:** Experience managing third-party contractors; * Experience leading teams. **Additional information** Reside or have availability to reside in Canaã dos Carajás or Água Azul do Norte \- PA and/or surrounding region. ***The Modern Mining Company*** **Working together to create value** One of our key assets is our people, and our values differentiate us and sustain a unique culture that we enjoy today and into the future. **How we work together:** * Acting with integrity toward all stakeholders. * Thinking and acting differently. * Building a culture of respect that enables our people to succeed. * Focusing on partnership and collaboration, not hierarchy. * Delivering superior results through effective planning and agile execution. * Doing what is agreed upon and executing.
