Responsible for contractor management; Analyze PPRA, PCMAT, PGR, PCMSO, hygiene and danger reports, and LTCAT documents from contracted companies; Evaluate mobilization, management, and demobilization processes of outsourced employees, such as: ASO, EPI records, work orders, CTPS, trainings and qualifications; Report action plans for identified non-conformities in each area or process to contract managers and contractor representatives; Monitor validity of occupational health and safety documentation; Conduct meetings with contracted companies to align occupational health and workplace safety procedures; Guide and assist in the development of operational procedures for contracted companies; Perform audits, monitoring, evaluations, and report action plans to the responsible area manager; Technically assess workplace environmental conditions; Provide technical opinions on occupational health and workplace safety; Assist in reviewing OZ Minerals' hygiene and danger reports; Support the preparation of labor documentation to meet social programs; Manage occupational health and safety documentation for direct employees; **Develop technical and administrative procedure standards:** (produce update annexes, generate result reports, document procedures and safety system standards, control document updates, review SST documentation, update records, organize databases, and maintain information network); Develop, participate in, and actively follow up DDS activities with departments; Includes technical supervision of underground mining activities; Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity related to the organizational environment. 2511210202471882099
