Job Summary: Coordinate teams, plan activities, manage reports, prospect clients, control warranty periods and overtime hours, and supervise workshop and yard operations. Key Highlights: 1. Service negotiation and prospecting **Job Description:** ---------------------- Conduct planning and follow-up meetings with the team; Coordinate and assign work tasks to employees; Identify and correct irregularities in environmental reports; Prospect and sell services and parts to customers; Monitor equipment warranty expiration deadlines and track warranty processes; Monitor and control overtime hours for department employees; Follow up on service order (S.O.) negotiations; Verify S.O.
