Now, we are looking for a **Purchaser** to join our team and contribute to the company’s continuous growth. **Responsibilities** * Manage inventory, verify requested quantities, and identify high-consumption items; * Conduct quotations, select suppliers, and maintain an updated supplier database; * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers; * Issue, confirm, and review purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery; * Monitor receipt, restocking, and quality of materials and services. * Prepare reports, price spreadsheets, and procurement-related correspondence; * Control material inflow and outflow at the warehouse, ensuring accurate records; * Budget monitoring, conducting inventories, supplier negotiations, purchasing order processing and follow-up, preparing price variance reports, and controlling material inflow/outflow. **Requirements** * Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields; * Knowledge of negotiation and supplier analysis; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; * Availability to work onsite in Caruaru/PE. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree in Logistics or related fields.
