Job Summary: This professional will assist in building maintenance, installing and maintaining systems, performing repairs across various areas, and ensuring service safety and quality. Willingness to travel. · Assist the Building Maintenance Technician in the following activities: o Install and maintain high- or low-pressure piping systems; o Mark installation points for pipes, joints, and wall/floor openings using marking tools to guide installation according to design plans; o Excavate trenches in the ground, guided by key reference points and using manual or mechanical tools; o Install sanitary fixtures, sewage conduits, plumbing fittings, and other system components; o Perform maintenance on installations by replacing or repairing components such as pipes, valves, fittings, appliances, insulating coatings, and others; o Unclog sewage lines and perform preventive maintenance on main sewage networks, inspection chambers, and stormwater drainage systems using specialized techniques; o Prepare quantitative cost estimates for parts required to execute the work, enabling procurement requests; · Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance tasks, including replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment; · Maintain glass and façades, clean premises and accessories; organize and prepare the worksite; · Construct foundations and masonry structures, apply finishes and screeds; · Perform work in: o carpentry; o metalwork; o plastering; o waterproofing; · Carry out all tasks related to building maintenance; · Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; · Provide occasional assistance to any maintenance department requiring emergency team support.
