Monitoring productivity and quality indicators **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise production process routines, monitor production flow, and ensure achievement of established targets; * Assign, guide, and monitor operational team activities, promoting organization and productive pace; * Monitor production performance, productivity, and adherence to deadlines; * Support production planning and control, tracking production orders and defined priorities; * Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process; * Monitor cutting, sewing, finishing, and other garment manufacturing stages; * Identify deviations, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement; * Support and monitor the team to reduce rework, waste, and production losses; * Monitor appropriate use of materials, supplies, and production resources; * Support training and onboarding of new production staff; * Monitor operational indicators and report results and incidents to management; * Ensure compliance with safety, organization, and good practices in the factory environment; * Support leadership in implementing continuous improvements in production processes. **Requirements** **Education:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor's program in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Management Processes, or related fields; * Relevant experience in the role **Technical Knowledge:** * Industrial production routines; * Monitoring productivity and quality indicators; * Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes is a plus; * Microsoft Office suite and operational controls. **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and team management; * Operational organization and discipline; * Sense of urgency; * Proactivity; * Assertive communication; * Monitoring and execution capability; * Attention to quality and continuous improvement.
