Elevation of the team’s technical standards Senior Data Scientist to work end-to-end across the data and AI lifecycle: ETL/ELT, EDA, modeling and validation, actively contributing to defining technical approaches and delivering results to stakeholders. Deliver data solutions and models with practical impact for the product and business, working autonomously end-to-end while ensuring traceability, quality, and clarity in communicating results. Expected to consolidate data and modeling practices within projects, translate requirements into actionable analyses and models, and contribute to elevating the team’s technical standards (reusability, documentation, consistent experimentation), as well as strengthening integration with software/hardware and external partnerships when necessary. * Independently execute ETL/ELT: extraction, cleaning, validation, enrichment, normalization, auditing, and dataset generation. * Conduct comprehensive EDA: data quality, anomalies, bias/balance, hypotheses, and modeling recommendations. * Design, train, and validate AI/ML models (forecasting, classification, optimization), selecting metrics, validation methods, and acceptance criteria. * Support the definition of data strategy (source prioritization, dataset design, governance applied to the project). * Present results and recommendations to teams and stakeholders clearly and with a focus on impact. * Support integrations with internal/external teams and contribute to compliance (LGPD, robustness, bias).
