Job Summary: Coordinate transportation logistics for excursions, supervise the vehicle fleet, ensure compliance with safety standards, and prepare managerial reports, serving as the interface between clients and suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate transportation logistics and vehicle fleet management. 2. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. 3. Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for the driver team. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate transportation logistics for excursions, tours, and tourism-related events (drivers). * Supervise and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and transportation sector regulations. * Prepare managerial reports on performance, costs, and operational indicators. * Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for drivers and staff. * Serve as the interface between suppliers, clients, and other company departments. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation coordination. * Knowledge of logistics, route planning, and fleet management. * Familiarity with passenger transportation safety regulations. * Driver's License: Category D and/or E. #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields. * Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and technological tools. * Experience in customer service with a focus on service quality. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Medical Assistance * Dental Plan ‍* Health and Wellness Programs * Educational Partnerships * Life Insurance * Complimentary Services from Grupo Luck #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * To be determined
