All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor, analyze, and optimize all stages of copper processing — including crushing, grinding, classification, flotation, thickening, and filtration — ensuring operational stability, maximum metallurgical recovery, and cost efficiency. * Prepare, update, and validate mass balances and metallurgical balances (daily, weekly, and monthly), ensuring data reliability and supporting decision-making. * Conduct metallurgical reconciliation between mine, plant, and product, ensuring alignment with production plans and budget. * Monitor and analyze metallurgical, operational, and economic KPIs, identifying efficiency losses, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement. * Integrate geological, mineralogical, and metallurgical information to support plant performance forecasting and the development of geometallurgical models for short-, medium-, and long-term planning. * Actively contribute to the development of production plans, annual budgets, forecasts, and Life-of-Mine (LOM) analyses. * Develop, test, and implement new process routes, reagents, flow sheet adjustments, and new technologies aimed at improving recovery, productivity, and cost reduction. * Lead and/or support continuous improvement, expansion, automation, modernization, and greenfield projects, including technical scope definition, equipment sizing, and techno-economic feasibility analysis. * Evaluate operational costs, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, and financial returns of projects and improvement initiatives. * Prepare, review, and standardize operating procedures and technical manuals, ensuring operational uniformity and best practices. * Develop and deliver technical training for operators, technicians, and engineers, promoting a culture of operational excellence. * Provide technical support to operational areas, ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies, as well as process stability and reliability. * Serve as senior technical reference, supporting strategic decisions and interfacing with internal functions such as mining, geology, maintenance, automation, planning, and procurement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Strong experience in copper processing operations; * Experience in metallurgical reconciliation, mass balancing, and process control; * Knowledge of geometallurgy; * Proficiency in process analysis and simulation tools and software. **Additional Information** We offer a competitive salary * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * On-site meals (at operational units) * Meal Voucher (at offices) * Food Allowance * Transportation * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Citizen Company) * Club Membership Agreement — may vary by location * Eyeglass Purchase Assistance for family members Willingness to reside in Tucumã or Ourilândia do Norte/PA #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We are part of a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
