Description: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mining Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience in PCP, preferably in mining operations or large-scale industrial environments; * Proven experience in mass balance; * Experience in Big 4; * Advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar); * Proficiency in integrated management systems (ERP, SAP, TOTVS, etc.); * Strong analytical skills and systemic vision of production processes; * Experience in data modeling and report automation; * Fluent in English; * Responsible for controlling and monitoring production to ensure adherence to plans and optimization of the production process; * Develop KPI reports and presentations, failure analyses, statistical studies, among others; * Coordinate short-, medium-, and long-term production planning and control (PCP) processes; * Consolidate and analyze production data, input consumption, and operational indicators; * Ensure integration between operations, maintenance, supply, and logistics teams to meet daily and monthly targets; * Prepare managerial reports and performance dashboards (production, availability, efficiency, and productivity); * Monitor mining and processing plans, validating production forecasts and identifying deviations; * Plan equipment and resource utilization to optimize costs and performance; * Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives, report automation, and process standardization; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, current legislation, and safety and environmental guidelines; * Direct teams regarding operational procedures, test reports, process controls, failure analyses, among others; 2510300202211811728
