Focus on organization and continuous improvement (5S) **Job Description:** ---------------------- Prepare and assemble product kits, performing final verification according to defined standards. Support quality inspection (measurements, finish, and integrity), following departmental instructions. Operate machinery and equipment (press, saw, drill, packaging, and machining), in accordance with training and procedures. Perform packaging, identification, and organization of products for shipment. Assemble and organize pallets for storage and transportation. Report machine failures or abnormalities and assist in opening maintenance service requests. Comply with safety regulations (NR-06, NR-11, NR-12), correctly using PPE and maintaining an organized workstation. Record process information (batches, verifications, and movements) in spreadsheets or systems. Contribute to departmental organization and continuous improvement practices (5S, waste reduction, and rework prevention). Support other area activities as needed, including packaging and shipping assistance. Assist in loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed elementary education. Experience in the metallurgical industry.
