




Job Summary: The professional will provide customer and travel operator support via phone and email, negotiating reservations and modifications with hotels. Key Highlights: 1. Fluency in English and Spanish (C1) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide phone and email support for new reservation requests; Contact hotels to negotiate cancellation waivers for reservations outside the cancellation deadline; Call hotels to negotiate date and/or accommodation changes according to justified reasons; Respond to travel operators’ calls regarding reservation modifications and/or cancellations; Draft emails following the unit’s service standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Fluent English and Spanish (C1 level) is mandatory (will be assessed during interview and test); **WORK SCHEDULE:** Work arrangement: Remote work – 5x2 shift – Monday to Friday – flexible hours subject to schedule **BENEFITS:** Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Childcare allowance, Meal voucher This position is open and verified by the Buscar Vagas portal in partnership with the Divulga Vagas Brasil website.
