We are seeking a **Cost Analyst** to join our industrial plant in **Petrolina (PE)**, playing a strategic role in strengthening financial-operational control and generating business value. This position is essential to ensuring excellence in industrial cost management, supporting decision-making through robust analyses, critical insight, and strong collaboration with operational areas. Join us! **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct critical and detailed analyses of industrial costs (raw materials, packaging, energy, labor, and productivity), identifying risks and opportunities * Lead industrial financial closing, clearly and consistently explaining manufacturing variances and deviations * Develop advanced financial analyses and propose cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives * Support financial planning, including budget/forecast validation and tracking of strategic projects * Ensure inventory accuracy and governance, guaranteeing compliance with internal controls and external audits * Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations with relevant insights for Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and other departments * Act as a business partner, influencing decisions through data and structured analyses **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields * Solid experience in industrial costing, controllership, and manufacturing environments * Proficiency in SAP (FICO module) and advanced Excel * Experience in financial closing processes and internal controls * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail and excellent communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) * Experience in operational efficiency and cost reduction projects * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency At Etex, you will be part of a collaborative, dynamic, and innovation-driven environment.
