Ensure reliability and accuracy of financial statements. 2. Lead cost analysis and identify efficiency opportunities. 3. Lead the group's complete Budget and Forecast cycle. Key Responsibilities Controlling \& Financial Analysis Ensure reliability, accuracy, and timeliness of financial statements. Conduct in-depth analysis of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and EBITDA. Reconcile EBITDA with the company's actual cash position. Develop and strengthen management analysis routines and KPIs. Direct partnership with internal Accounting (costs and closings). Costs \& Performance Lead analysis of direct and indirect, fixed and variable costs. Monitor margins by product, crop, and business unit. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency gains. FP\&A – Budget \& Forecast Lead the group's complete Budget and Forecast cycle. Track budget vs. actual with critical analyses. Develop financial projections and scenarios.
