Join our team as an **Occupational Safety Technician**! **Responsibilities and duties** * Inform the company, through technical reports, about existing risks in the workplace, as well as advising it on measures for their elimination and neutralization. * Inform the company and workers about unhealthy, hazardous, and arduous activities carried out within the company, their specific risks, as well as measures and alternatives for eliminating or neutralizing them. * Analyze work methods and processes and identify risk factors for occupational accidents, occupational diseases, and work-related illnesses, as well as the presence of environmental agents harmful to workers, proposing their elimination or control. * Implement occupational safety and hygiene procedures and evaluate achieved results, adapting them to the strategies employed in order to integrate prevention into planning, thereby benefiting workers. * Implement occupational accident, occupational disease, and work-related illness prevention programs in workplaces with worker participation, monitoring and evaluating their outcomes, continuously suggesting updates, and establishing procedures to be followed. * Recommend, request, and inspect fire protection equipment, audiovisual and teaching resources, and other materials deemed indispensable according to current legislation, ensuring compliance with recommended quality standards and technical specifications, and assessing their performance. * Cooperate with environmental activities, advising on industrial waste treatment and disposal, and raising workers’ awareness of its importance to life. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Technical Degree in Occupational Safety; * Professional registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Proven experience in the role; * Availability for business travel; * Desired: Driver’s license AB; * Proficiency and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office suite; * Availability to work at the farm on a biweekly basis. **Additional information** * Life insurance (co-payment); * Health plan (co-payment); * Maternity basket; * Employment contract under CLT regime.
