**Job Opening: HR Analyst I – Generalist** We are seeking an organized, proactive professional with experience in generalist HR and Personnel Department routines to join our team. **Main responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection processes; * Managing employee admissions, dismissals, and personnel documentation; * Payroll processing; * Labor calculations, vacation accruals, severance settlements, and statutory charges; * Electronic timekeeping and benefits administration; * Management of uniforms, PPEs, and mandatory employee documents; * Monitoring of admission, periodic, and dismissal medical examinations; * Coordination with occupational health clinics and Occupational Safety Technicians; * Tracking of absences, medical certificates, and return-to-work procedures; * Supporting the issuance of warnings and disciplinary actions; * Tracking expiration dates of mandatory training; * Supporting occupational health and safety-related matters; * Employee assistance and managerial support; * Organizing training sessions, onboarding activities, and internal initiatives. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in generalist HR and Personnel Department routines; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Experience with payroll processing and labor calculations; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR systems is a plus. **Job details:** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Salary: R$ 2\.100,00 * Benefits: Meal Voucher and Transportation Voucher * Working hours: 44 hours per week * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * Location: Rua da Concórdia, 904 – São José Interested candidates should send their resumes to: **rh@comandodasbombas.com.br** Compensation: R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Meal\-voucher * Transportation\-voucher Workplace: On-site
