ABOUT THIS POSITION: Your typical day will include: * Managing the office and representing the company in interactions with suppliers, customers, building management, and regulatory inspections, among others; * Delivering high-performance public service; * Providing technical grounding on company processes to guide customers and support decision-making; * Ensuring the best and most seamless customer experience through service delivery and process guidance; * Actively participating in projects, collaborating across departments and executing related activities; * Representing the company at Support Points (providing guidance and information) via in-person and online meetings; * Document analysis; * Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators; * Identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the Vice Presidency. What You Need: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); * Minimum 3 years of professional experience. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: * Numerical and data proficiency, project management, process mapping and improvement; * Power BI; * English language proficiency; * Knowledge of the insurance market. This position is fully on-site, based in Maceió.
