Key Responsibilities: * Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes (job postings, interviews, and feedback); * Support personnel administration (documentation, onboarding, admissions, and dashboards); * Organize and support training sessions and internal engagement initiatives; * Update HR spreadsheets, reports, and systems; * Provide assistance and support to employees; * Pivot tables and Power BI * Support managers with HR-related requests.
