Socicam is a company specialized in managing bus and transportation terminals, providing comprehensive solutions for the administration and operation of urban mobility spaces. **Responsibilities:** Perform all hardware technical support activities at terminals, administer IT resources, and ensure equipment availability and proper operation to support user service activities. Previous experience in Technical Support, IT Analyst, Network Specialist, or Computer Maintenance Technician roles may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Completed technical qualification required.
