Job Summary: Performs abrasive blasting services on metal parts and equipment, preparing surfaces and operating equipment to ensure quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality and workplace safety Main Responsibilities: * Perform abrasive blasting (sandblasting or other abrasives) on metal parts, structures, equipment, and industrial components according to technical specifications. * Prepare surfaces for painting, galvanizing, welding, or other finishing processes, ensuring required cleanliness and surface roughness. * Operate blasting equipment, including blast booths, compressors, hoses, nozzles, and abrasive recovery systems. * Select and correctly use appropriate types of abrasives for each application. * Conduct visual inspection of blasted surfaces to ensure service quality. * Perform cleaning, maintenance, and minor adjustments on used equipment. * Strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace in accordance with company internal standards. * Follow production orders, technical drawings, and operational instructions.
