FOOD HANDLER Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare food items for sale and production (salads, appetizers, juices, fruits, vegetables, herbs, seasonings, etc.), following established technical specifications and production schedules, including weighing, bottling, packaging, and labeling to meet demand. * Stock sales areas, monitoring expiration dates and ensuring proper product display to support promotion and sales. * Organize stored products, observing expiration dates and appropriate storage locations to ensure product preservation and quality. * Comply with regulations set by the Health Surveillance Authority and the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual.
