




Job Summary: A procurement professional responsible for acquiring materials, equipment, and services; negotiating with suppliers; managing delivery timelines; and monitoring imports. Monitoring of imports and foreign trade reporting Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields. * Practical knowledge of procurement processes. * Procure materials, equipment, and services by contacting suppliers and service providers to fulfill purchase requests in accordance with procurement policies. * Process purchase requisitions by issuing market inquiries based on the supplier/service provider registry via the TOTVS system, as well as through research for new suppliers. * Prepare comparative quotation tables evaluating prices, delivery timelines, and supplier reliability to identify the winning bid and determine the best proposal. * Negotiate prices and delivery timelines with suppliers and/or service providers to achieve optimal commercial terms for the company. * Monitor delivery timelines for materials, equipment, and services, following up with suppliers and/or service providers to ensure delivery or execution on agreed dates. Draft service provision or material supply contracts in compliance with legal requirements. * Receive suppliers through technical visits, directing them to end-user units to explore new products and/or develop future suppliers. * Monitor performance indicators and develop improvement plans or interventions when necessary or requested. * Monitor import purchase orders, oversee all import stages, and prepare reports and presentations related to foreign trade. 251226020249488981
