Job Summary: Responsible for transporting and inspecting materials, ensuring accuracy of inventory controls, safe forklift operation, and product integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Work in compliance with safety and quality standards Responsible for transporting materials and finished products among various departments within the factory; may perform volume and goods inspection as required and per departmental responsibilities, ensuring accuracy of receiving or shipping controls where applicable, by comparing against fiscal documents or delivery manifests. Ensures proper forklift functionality and adheres to safety rules and procedures. Conducts checklists to assess physical conditions of vehicles designated for loading, verifying compliance with quality standards and ensuring material integrity until delivery to the customer. • Perform thorough inspection of received or shipped materials, comparing items against fiscal invoices or delivery manifests to ensure quantity accuracy and established quality standards; • Operate forklift to transport various materials across company premises, moving pallets and packaging for storage in the warehouse or supply to production lines. • Select and relocate finished products for shipment according to the loading manifest, complying with site safety regulations and signage. • Enable efficient product traceability through precise and organized records containing material information, including codes, quantities, batches, and conditions; • Assist in organizing and arranging materials in the warehouse to optimize available space; • Participate in inventory counts and conduct regular audits to ensure stock accuracy and internal shelf-life control; • Minimize waste levels across departments; • Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area; • Work in compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures; • Perform other tasks related to those described above, as required by operational needs and/or supervisor instructions.
