We are recruiting sales representatives with an ambitious profile. As a sales representative, you will contact potential students who have already expressed interest in enrolling in one of our courses. This outreach will be conducted via phone calls, WhatsApp, or social media. Your role is to transform lives through professional training. Prior experience in proactive customer prospecting is a plus. Attitude in overcoming objections and closing deals will be essential. Rest assured—you will receive all the training and support you need. Additionally, you must be sociable, communicative, dynamic, and possess positive energy and vibrancy to connect effectively with potential students and team members. Compensation and benefits for this position: Fixed salary + commission + bonuses + incentives + transportation allowance (VT) Fixed monthly salary (formal employment): BRL 2,000.00 Initial total compensation: BRL 2,400–4,500 (fixed + variable). Partial tuition scholarship. Daily, biweekly, and monthly individual and team incentives. Formal employment contract (CLT), Monday to Saturday.
