Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and monitor performance A consulting, recruitment, and selection company is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant in São Gonçalo do Amarante. RH Services Group is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for assisting in managing and updating the company's social media. Create and schedule content for digital channels (posts, emails, blogs, and advertisements). Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns. Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.). Prepare simple campaign result reports. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Perform basic technical configurations on digital platforms (e.g., Hotmart, WordPress, ManyChat, Typebot, etc). Maintain task organization and checklists; among other duties. Previous experience as a Social Media Analyst, Online Marketing Coordinator, SEO Specialist, or Digital Communication Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required. Relevant experience required. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 1,850.00 * Cost-of-living allowance * On-site meal benefit * Transportation allowance **Additional Information:** * Contract type: Hybrid — hybrid work model. * Candidates from Macaíba, Extremoz, Natal, or Parnamirim are also eligible for this position. * Duration: Full-time * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
