




**Note: Position for the city of JOSE BONIFACIO (interior of SP)** **Job Description – Administrative Assistant** **Job Objective:** Provide support to the company's administrative activities, ensuring smooth internal processes and compliance with operational routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize documents, files, and correspondence. * Enter data into spreadsheets and systems (such as invoices, registrations, internal controls, etc.). * Support the finance department (when necessary). * Support the HR department (timekeeping, sending documents for onboarding and vacations, filing) when necessary. * Support the procurement department (when necessary). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (preferably technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. **Desired Profile:** * Responsible and committed. * Dynamic and willing to learn. * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks. * Team spirit and discretion regarding internal information. * (an advantage if experienced in billing) **Salary and Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Health and dental insurance (according to company policy). * Food basket and attendance bonus.
