




Job Summary: A professional responsible for structuring and managing construction teams, planning and controlling budgets, schedules, and quality, and ensuring the financial health and safety of projects. Focus on quality, safety, and sustainability Structure the local construction team. Participate in, develop, validate, and coordinate initial construction planning. Control the budget to achieve optimal project results. Monitor the schedule, quality, and cost of the construction until contract completion. Manage internal and external teams, including third parties and subcontractors. Develop, plan, and size the construction site layout, transportation equipment, and safety equipment. Prepare invitation letters for procurement and contracting of materials and services. Attend monthly management meetings, presenting all construction results. Prepare monthly expense and revenue forecasts to maintain the project's financial health. Prepare PLS (Project Budgeting System) for construction budgets approved by Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF). Manage planning and management of revenue measurements. Control quality performance evaluation of construction work. Participate in internal and external audits to maintain PBQP-H Level A certification. Identify and implement preventive measures against workplace accidents, safeguard employees' occupational health, and promote sustainability at construction sites. Identify and implement rationalized methodologies on construction sites.
