Desirable: Experience in customer service; Basic computer knowledge. * Perform initial patient and caregiver reception, maintaining a courteous and empathetic demeanor. * Monitor daily appointment schedules, ensuring adherence to scheduled times and protocols. * Register patient arrivals and departures in the SIGO system and ensure biometric validation of appointments. * Confirm attendance, rescheduling, and absences, maintaining up-to-date control spreadsheets. * Guide families regarding procedures, appointment times, referral forms, therapist changes, and other administrative inquiries. * Track requests for referral form releases through the system and with the telemedicine team. * Organize physical and digital medical records, ensuring confidentiality and timely updates of information. * Report incidents (e.g., absences, delays, conflicts, or atypical clinical situations) to supervision and coordination. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (therapists, coordination, supervision, and support staff) to ensure smooth unit operations. * Participate in team meetings, proposing improvements and ensuring alignment with internal workflows. 2512170202551922340
